The SCM Configuration dialog has several Subversion-specific options.
Subversion SCM Configuration
Selecting a Subversion SCM Configuration in the GUI Client main screen causes several Add to Review buttons to appear. The Add Changes... button will be disabled if you have not specified a working copy in the Local Path field of the SCM Configuration dialog.
The Add Changes... button uploads modified files from a Working Copy. The Add Revisions... button uploads files in committed Revisions. The Add Subversion Diffs... button uploads arbitrary diffs, or compares the difference between two Revisions, branches / tags, or dates.
Uploading Subersion files to a Review
Press the Add Changes... button to upload modified files in a Subversion working copy to the Code Collaborator Server for review. The Add Changes... button will be disabled if you have not specified a working copy in the Local Path field of the SCM Configuration dialog.
Add Changes
Press the Add Revisions... button to upload committed Revisions to the Code Collaborator Server for review. All of the files modified in the selected Revisions will be uploaded.
Add Subversion Revisions
Press the Add Subversion Diffs... button to upload arbitrary Subversion diffs to the Code Collaborator Server for review.

You can enter arbitrary Subversion diff options, or compare the difference between two Revisions, branches / tags, or dates.
